Wisely (wearewisely.com) is a Belgian (digital) marketing & smart city agency. We are the pioneer in digital and offline communication services and smart digital solutions for retail centers and cities in Belgium. As a spin-off from Joyn (the leading loyalty system for retailers in Belgium), we provide a wide range of technical solutions for our clients, such as gift card, local currency and intranet platforms. We are in full development of brand new, exciting technological concepts for cities and communes. We are amongst others active for +/- 40 Belgian cities and 15 retail parks


Our team consists of passionate and driven professionals who are ready to deal with challenges of any kind. Being a relatively young company, we have a young and dynamic atmosphere with a very hands-on mentality. However we bear on expertise since 2009. Our key team sits in Kortrijk, but we are now expanding into Brussels but also to Barcelona / Malaga (Spain). You can be part of our team with a first row seat for this adventure, as we launch our new concepts for cities and expand the existing for many retail centers in Europe!

About you

You speak and write fluent French (native level). In addition, you have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in account management, marketing or project management

  • You are highly organized and excellent with follow up and follow through

  • You are curious, proactive and self-motivated

  • You are a roll up your sleeves type of worker

  • You are able to multitask and navigate in a fast-paced and start-up environment

  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail

  • You are self-motivated and self-managed: you are able to think and work independently, move ahead, while still keeping everyone in the loop

  • You are a digital native, eager to work with digital solutions (software and hardware) and you communicate regularly on and through social channels.

  • Plus: you have agency experience

  • Plus: you speak English, Spanish and/or Dutch

Your responsibilities

As a Community Marketing Manager with coordination skills:

  • You will be the point of contact for several target accounts, checking in with them on their active projects and probing for open issues and opportunities that need to be addressed. You will thus take full ownership of the success within those accounts.

  • You will create a tailored marketing and budget plan for each target account.

  • You will implement the multi-channel marketing campaigns (web, print, radio and online marketing), in close collaboration with the campaign manager(s).

  • You will organize milestones and tasks in the project management system.

  • You will coordinate and track the budget for each marketing campaign.

  • You will initiate the project billing and follow-up as needed to collect payments.

  • You are in charge of some projects that are one-off deliverables.

  • You will help the CEO and/or the sales manager to attract new clients by preparing tailor made offers and solutions for prospects.

  • You are willing to travel and to stay abroad (Belgium/Spain in the first place) on an occasional basis for short time periods.

  • You will report to the CEO.
