Who are we?

Wisely ( is a Belgian (digital) marketing & smart city agency. We are the pioneer in digital and offline communication services and smart digital solutions for retail centers and cities in Belgium. As a spin-off from Joyn (the leading loyalty system for retailers in Belgium), we provide not only marketing services but also a wide range of technical solutions for our clients, such as gift card, local currency and intranet platforms.

Being a relatively young company, we have a young and dynamic atmosphere with a very hands-on mentality. However we bear on expertise since 2009. You can be part of our team, as we launch our new concepts for cities and expand the existing for many retail centers!


Who are you?

You speak and write fluent French, Dutch and English. In addition, you have the following skills and experience:

●       Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in sales

●       Proven, successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment

●       You like to sell by bringing your expertise and build up a personal relationship with (potential) clients. You are an evangelist type of person rather than a hard seller.

●       You are a roll up your sleeves type of worker

●       You are able to multitask and navigate in a fast-paced and start-up environment

●       You are self-motivated and self-managed: you are able to think and work independently and move ahead

●       Plus: you have experience in B2B software and/or services sales

●       Plus: you speak Spanish or any other languages


What will you do?

●       You will define the sales strategy from the bottom up

●       You will find the relevant contacts in Belgium (in the first place and abroad in a second phase) and reach out via email, LinkedIn, phone, …

●       You will build up connections and educate your target audience on our products such as the communication platform Chainels

●       You will qualify prospects & set up meetings for sales

●       You will prepare presentation materials as needed

●       You will be the owner of the full sales cycle from beginning to end, in close collaboration with our CEO

●       You will work towards a monthly sales target
